Plant Manager / Site Director

Experts at Your Business is looking for an experienced Plant Manager / Site Director to lead a major production site in Belgium (approx. 600 employees).

Full responsibility for site operations (2 furnaces, 6 production lines, 200 tons/day).
Ensure stable, efficient production and continuous improvement.
Drive quality, cost optimization, and lean initiatives.
Lead new product development with R&D and Sales.
Safeguard compliance with GMP, safety, and environmental standards.
Inspire and guide teams through change with strong on-site leadership.

Proven experience in production management, quality assurance, and process optimization.
Background in glass or related industries (cosmetics, automotive, steel, aluminum) is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and intercultural skills.
Hands-on, resilient, results-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Fluent in Dutch, English, and French.
