Our client is seeking a highly effective, mission-driven, and strategic Chief Financial Officer in a high-impact role to facilitate the company in their growth.
The company is active in two different environment : international B2B operations for a specific range of products and deployment of a B2C retail activity in Belgium.
The CFO will lead the Finance and the IT function and help support the company’s rapid growth.
He/She will be a part of the management team driving the different companies of the group and will be a sparring partner for the CEO.
He/She has to be able to forecast the business and to structure the growth.
The CFO will provide corporate leadership in growing the company’s business through effective planning and execution of strategic business objectives.
This will require putting the right people, processes and systems in place that are required for timely financial reporting and accounting compliance, an appropriate FP&A function.
Functie omschrijving
- Proven success as the CFO or number two in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset (experience in LBO is a plus)
- Besides the strategic mind he/she has to act operational and needs to have a hands-on mentality.
- Manage investor relationship as well as corporate banking, including proposing and setting financial guidance
- Strategic as well as tactical leadership in setting strategic direction, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling and analysis
- Experience with ICT and retail and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP packet.
- Follow up and supervision of IT department is also part of your tasks.
- Languages: Trilingual French, Dutch, English
